We let you bank the hours allocated to make content and other changes on your site. You can bank up-to 3 months worth of hours if you plan to make more changes less often.
Where do you store my website backups?

We store your website backups  on secure Amazon S3 servers. This  ensures that your data is always redundantly available incase of needing to restore your site.

What types of websites do you manage?

We manage all content management systems including WordPress, Joomla,  Drupal, Shout CMS, and more. We also manage eCommerce platforms including Shopify, Woocommerce & Magento.

Some website CMS systems do not have the ability to utilize all of our maintenance tools and security capabilities. We can discuss your particular needs during your onboarding process.

How do I get started with a maintenance plan?

The best way is to call us directly at 1-866-266-1669  and discuss your needs. If you are in the Edmonton area, we are happy to meet in person or via web conferencing. Once we have the right plan for your website, we go through our onboarding process where we will require access to your website and server.

Don’t worry though, we make it an easy process for you.

I don’t have access to my website. Can you help?

If you are unsure of the information but know the old developer/web person you had work on it, we can happily reach out to them and get the info on your behalf. We understand that sometimes it can be difficult to deal with old web teams, which is why we offer to do it for our clients. You get to relax while we make sure the info for your website is all handed over properly.

Can we make changes to our site internally still?

Yes. It is your site and we just want to make sure it is always accessible to your potential customers. Many clients still have their marketing team or admin team add and manage content, lead forms, image galleries and more.

If your team accidentally changes something they shouldn’t, you know you have a backup available to resolve the problem – and a team that can do it quickly. That’s a huge stress relief off your entire marketing team.

My site is really slow, can you help?

Absolutely! There is always a solution to getting your site running quicker. Our maintenance packages include a Content Delivery Network (CDN) as a starting point for site performance improvements. If that does not help enough, we may recommend a new server or additional site optimizations.

Speed is pretty important for the best visitor experience so we have great experience in making sites run faster.

For the ultimate speed improvement, we recommend contacting us about a redeveloped site built on some amazing modern web tools. Our site uses these tools and is able to achieve top speed scores and real-world results.

How much are your services?

Free –  they just require an investment of money and time before you’ll see the payoff.

For a starting point, our base hourly rate is $125/hour which goes down with project size and other factors. Many of our services have lower service rates vs. Edmonton’s average.

The reason we say FREE is that if we do our job correctly, then everything you invest in your marketing campaigns and strategy will be paid back in multiples. Lead generation is unique in that the data from the campaigns are able to tell you exactly how much you are making from your marketing efforts (with enough setup).
